Middletown City Schools Special Permission
Special permission is for families that would like their student(s) to continue their education at their neighborhood school if they happen to move to another area inside Middletown City School District. Your application will be submitted to the current school principal for review. Class size, attendance, and other factors determine if a student is accepted. If the application is approved, the parent/guardian will be required to provide transportation. This application will need to be completed for each school year that you wish for your student(s) to attend.
