ICYMI COVID-19 Relief Funds Put Counselors in all Middletown Elementary Schools

ICYMI Both The Journal-News and WCPO-9 featured the Middletown City School District elementary school counselors. The district used federal relief money to hire seven school counselors for our elementary buildings.
