Bus Drivers Wanted

In an effort to recruit and retain bus drivers, Petermann Bus is offering a competitive incentive program to current and new drivers. New drivers will receive $2,000. Current drivers will receive a $2,000 referral bonus. Positions start at $17/hour.

Message from the Superintendent

In the past week, schools around Ohio - and across the country - have been hit by acts of vandalism that appear to be inspired by a trend on the social media app TikTok. This trend encourages people to steal or damage school property. Our high school alone has had many such incidents, including restroom vandalism and threats of violence towards our students and staff.

Middletown City Schools Requiring Masks District-Wide

We know the majority of our students learn best when they are in a classroom setting and we are determined to keep our buildings fully open for themDue to the strong recommendations by our medical professionals, the Middletown Board of Education determined it is in the best interest of our students and staff that all Middletown City Schools require facial coverings inside our buildings for all K-12 students, staff, and visitors. This requirement will go into effect on Wednesday, August 18, 2021.

JUNE 4: Vaccination Clinic for Ages 12 and Up

Through our partnership with the City of Middletown Health Department, we are offering students ages 12 and up a voluntary Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination clinic. If you and/or your student is interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, you must pre-register on or before May 28. You will then receive a parental consent form that must be signed and brought to the clinic. Students planning to get their first dose of Pfizer's COVID vaccine must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
