Monthly Message to Families:

We are right at the midpoint of our two-week holiday break, a pause that offers space to rest and reconnect. This time away matters. It allows minds to reset, bodies to recharge, and hearts to reflect. The second half of the school year is ahead, and it will soon be time to return and be ready to give our very best to the work still in front of us.

The schools are quiet right now. The halls echo a little differently without students and staff filling them with energy and purpose. I feel that quiet; I miss our Middies when we are apart for this long. Our buildings come alive when students are learning, laughing, and growing alongside the adults who care so deeply for them. That life and connection are what make our schools special.

Each of us has been given many gifts-- talents, strengths, and opportunities, that are meant to be used. Those gifts grow in value when they are used to better ourselves, support one another, and positively impact the world around us. Every student, every staff member, every Middie is a winner in their own right. When each of us commits to “winning our world,” our classrooms, our schools, and our community become places where real difference is made.

The days ahead will move quickly once we return. The hope is that this break continues to provide rest and joy, while also building excitement for what comes next. The second semester deserves our full hearts and full effort. I cannot wait to hear the halls fill again and to continue this journey together.
