Superintendent Search Profile Report
This report summarizes community and stakeholder input gathered to inform the search for Middletown City Schools’ next superintendent. Conducted by K-12 Business Consulting, Inc., the process included 17 focus group sessions and 126 survey responses from staff, students, families, and community members. Feedback was collected through open forums and questionnaires to identify district strengths, key priorities, and the desired qualities of the next superintendent. The findings provide the Board of Education with broad, anonymous, and data-informed insights to guide the selection of the district’s next leader.
