Student Parking Pass Application 25-26
Parking passes for Middletown High School students will go on sale from 9-11 a.m. only on the following days:
- July 21 and July 22: Seniors Only
- July 23: Juniors Only
- July 24: Anyone who still needs to purchase one
Students who do not purchase a parking pass on the days listed above can purchase them starting August 25.
To purchase a pass, students must print and complete the Parking Application Form with a parent signature.
Completed forms may be brought in during the designated time in person with the student's driver's license and proof of insurance. School fees should be paid prior to the student purchasing a parking pass. Parking passes are $50 (if purchased after January $40). Payment can be made by cash or check at the time the parking pass application is turned in.
Seniors only wanting to paint their parking spots must submit the artwork to Kwandsnider@middletowncityschools.com or drop off your artwork at the Main Office by July for approval.
Parking pass spots will be issued in the order they are received.
