Welcome to Miller Ridge Elementary!

If you have moved into the Miller Ridge attendance area, and need to register, please call the office at (513) 420-4559 to schedule an appointment to enroll your child.    Once you have an appointment, I will be available to assist you through the enrollment process and answer any other questions you may have about our school.

You will need to bring the following documents with you to enroll your child:

Child's birth certificate
Child's Social Security card
Child's current immunization records
Custody or guardianship papers, (if applicable)
Proof of residency (utility bill showing your name and address)

If you do not have the birth certificate or custody/guardianship papers, please contact me before your appointment since there is a different procedure that will need to be followed.

Miller Ridge Elementary is a "uniform" school. We have order forms for uniform shirts in the office. You will need to purchase khaki or Navy pants/shorts at Kohl's, Target, Meijer, K-Mart, etc. These need to be a plain "docker style" with no cargo pockets, studs or zippers on the sides. Girls may also wear skirts, skorts or capris.
