Welcome to Miller Ridge Elementary School Web page. If you need to enroll your child(ren) and coming from another school district other than Middletown City Schools, please go to our Welcome Center located at 4420 Manchester Rd. or you may call them at (513) 420-4561. The Welcome Center operating hours are from 8:00 A. M. until 3:00 P. M. (Accommodations after 3:00 P. M. can be arranged by appointment.) If you are already attending one of the Middletown School District schools and have moved into our attendance area, you may come directly to Miller Ridge Elementary to enroll. You will need to have the following information for your child in order to enroll him / her in school: Birth Certificate Social Security Card Shot Record Proof of Address, (utility bill or purchase/rental agreement) Custody papers, (if applicable) Address of previous school Miller Ridge Elementary is a "uniform" school. We have order forms for uniform shirts in the office. You will need to purchase solid khaki or Navy pants/shorts. Girls may also wear skirts, skorts or capris. No logos, insignias, pictures, or messages are allowed. No other colors or patterns will be permitted.
