in World War Two. It was inspired by a chaplain who manned an anti-aircraft
gun during the attack on Pearl Harbor.

and smooth he is with his delivery. This speech is regarded as
one of the best speeches ever given, and helped coin Reagan as
the "great
communicator."
President Clinton is an extraordinary speaker, who often spoke
off script. In one instance, during an address to congress, his
teleprompter even went offline, but Clinton continued to deliver
the speech smoothly
and eloquently.
