Student Hours: 7:15 AM - 2:15 PM

If you would like to register your student, please go to the Welcome Center, which is located on the Middletown High School Campus in the Manchester Building, 4420 Manchester Rd. Please enter at the Manchester Road entrance and follow the Welcome Center signs to our office.

Welcome Center office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Accommodations after 3:00 P.M. can be arranged by appointment, please call 513-420-4561. Parents must enroll their children in person. Please bring the following items with you:

    Child's Birth Certificate
    Immunization Records
    Custody Papers (if applicable)
    Parent's Picture ID
    Residency documentation (Any of the following: utility bill, cable bill, lease, or mortgage statement)

If possible, also bring the following items to help in scheduling your child for classes:

    Name and Address of former school
    Most recent report card (grades 1-8)
