Mission

The Creekview Elementary Educators ensure that all students are proficient in all content standards. Content standards will be met through collaboration and ongoing student assessment. All staff will embrace the responsibility of providing a pyramid of interventions, which will lead to student success.

Profile

Creekview Elementary School opened in 1961 to serve students
in the growing east end of Middletown and nearby areas in Warren County.
The one floor school sits on one of the largest school plots in the Middletown
City School District. The new Creekview Elementary school opened in 2006 on Timber Trail Drive next to the old Creekview located on Loretta Drive. The current student population is approximately
516 in grades Pre-K to 5.   A number of programs for students with special needs are housed
in the building because of its accessibility.
