If you need to enroll your child(ren), and you are coming from outside the district, please go to our Welcome Center located at 4420 Manchester Rd. or you may call them at 513/420-4561.  The Welcome Center operating hours are from 8: 00 A. M. until 3:00 P. M. Accommodations after 3:00 P. M. will be arranged by appointment. If your child needs to enroll at Mayfield and they are coming from another elementary school here in the Middletown City School district, you may enroll at Mayfield. There is no need to go to the Welcome Center.
