Learning is Cool! Marvin Lewis visits Rosa Parks Elementary


Bengal's Coach Marvin Lewis visits Rosa Parks Elementary to answer some questions and promote the Learning is Cool Program. This educational reward program honors students from strong academic performance, specifically "A" Honor Roll achievements. 
 
Summer Reading Program at MidPointe Library
The MidPointe Library System offers free and fun Summer Reading Programs for the whole family - preschool, grade school, young adult, and grown-ups too!

Lake Monroe Handicap Fishing Derby
Mark your calendars for the 28th Annual Lake Monroe Handicap Fishing Derby, May 15, 2016.  

Children in Middletown and surrounding area schools are invited to fish.  Bait and tackle will be provided for the handicapped children and will be sold in the bait shop for everyone else.  Don't miss the fun!  Festivities start at 1:00 p.m.
 
Free Book Fest at MUM
Kiwanis Circle K group is holding a free Book Fest at Miami University Middletown (MUM) on April 30th, 10:00 – 3:00. They have over 8,000 books to give away! Come out for free books, food and fun!!  
Middletown Young Entrepreneurs put Ideas into Action

Sixth Grade Middletown Students in the G.A.T.E (Gifted and Talented Education) program  presented their business plans at the Ideas in Action event held April 22, 2016 at the Middletown City School District Board Office.
