The Mission of the Middletown City Schools is to provide our culturally diverse students with highly-challenging and engaging school work, which assists them in gaining valued knowledge and skills. We will continue to operate the district in a fiscally responsible manner with a priority of student achievement.

Our Vision
We envision that the Middletown City School District will be the first urban district to be identified as "excellent" on the school district report card. The recognition will be attained as a result of the high academic achievements of our students , the quality student work and activities provided by our teachers and the focused assistance of all staff, parents, and community members.
