A transcript is an official record detailing a student's grades, attendance, OGT scores, ACT scores, SAT scores, and cumulative grade point average for his or her high school career. Transcripts are required when applying to colleges and for many scholarships.
To make it easier for you to request transcripts, Middletown High School has partnered with Parchment to provide secure online transcript ordering available 24/7. Student transcripts were distributed to all students on 9/7/16 along with Parchment registration information from their MAP Advisor/Mentor. Creating an account is free and only takes a few steps. If you have not set up an account, please see Mrs. Lansaw in the Guidance Office to get your registration code. Your Parchment account speeds up the process of ordering transcripts for you and sending transcripts for the Guidance Office. You may set your account up by going to the link below.
There is no charge for transcripts while a student is in high school. All seniors are required to set up an account with Parchment Exchange for ordering transcripts. Registration codes are distributed at the beginning of the year.
Transcripts ordered through Parchment are processed the day they are ordered.
After graduation, one final transcript will be sent to the college of your choice at no charge through the end of July. For any transcripts needed after that there is a $3.00 fee. Click on the "Transcript Request Form" below and follow the instructions provided.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process transcripts that will be mailed.
