Cincinnati Children’s Hospital presents:
The Kelly O'Leary Center for Autism Spectrum Disorder will hold the following training's at Children's Hospital, 3430 Burnet Ave, 5th floor. A short lunch break will be provided for all day classes, on site cafe is available. Classes are for adults only (no children). - Friday, June 13 & June 20th, 9 -3 p.m., Understand Behavior in Individuals with ASD, Cost $50. Location to be determined upon registration
- Wednesday, June 18 from 5:30 -7:30, Teaching Social Skills To CHildren and Adolescents with ASD. Free
School to Adult Transition Series is a FREE information session for students with special needs and their families. Sessions are held two times a month throughout the year. Parent session topics discussed include employment, recreation, transportation, social security, guardianship and much more. Students sessions are facilitated by Workplace Associates and topics include employment awareness and preparing for life after high school. Students must register and be eligible for Butler County DD services to participate in the student employment awareness and planning sessions. Sessions will resume in the fall.
The Suburban Cincinnati Children/ Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder (CHADD) group meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7 - 8:30 p.m.at the First Baptist Church of Mason, 735 Reading Rd.
